Deficiency of available phosphorus in soil is an important limiting factor for increasing agriculturalyield. To breed the crop varieties which can efficiently utilize the phosphorus retained in soil together with reasonable use of phosphorus fertilizer is an effective way to solve phosphorus deficiency. Under the condition ofintercropping maize and soybean, it was found molybdenum application can promote soybean to fix more nitrgen, thus increasing the yield of the two crops. To develop the high efficiency of nitrogen fertilizers is suggested.
